To this end there are 2 main methods for obtaining help through the Xpress Platform service.
  1. Our extensive FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) should be able to answer many of your questions.
  2. Xpress Platforms also offer a ticket system. This system allows us to have an ongoing web conversation with you and should be used when your answer is not found in the FAQ's. The ticket system will be available to you once you have logged in and finalized your store
